The owner of the company Traduktos is Kristina Steffens.
Qualifications:
- Qualified as a foreign language correspondent for English and French
- Studies at the Sorbonne university in Paris, France
- Completed a Master degree course to become a qualified translator for French and English, specialising in economics at the university of Mainz, Germany (i.e. Diplom-Uebersetzer)
- Studies in business administration at a university of applied sciences; extra-occupationally
- Officially registered as a sworn translator and interpreter for English and French at the regional court of Hannover
Professional career:
- Has had many years of experience in business firms in many different sectors (from insurance to electronic sector) - always on an international level
- Continuously worked part-time as translator for English and French
2008: Founded a translation agency as franchisee
2010: Continued independently as translation company "Traduktos"
Kristina Steffens is member of the BDÜ (Federal association of interpreters and translators in Germany), VdU (Association of German Women Entrepreneurs) and BNI (Business Network International)
Due to her commercial knowledge as well as her experience in different industries, Kristina Steffens can assess and oversee the wishes of her customers very well and select the suitable translators and interpreters for the different assignments.
